     When the liquid mixture flows along the heating plate and is heated, light and heavy molecules will escape from the liquid surface and enter the gas phase. Since the free paths of light and heavy molecules are different, the molecules of different substances move away from the liquid surface and have different moving distances. If a condensing plate can be properly set, the light molecules reach the condensing plate and are condensed and discharged, and the heavy molecules do not reach the condensing plate and are discharged along the mixed liquid. In this way, the purpose of material separation is achieved. The molecular distillation unit is provided with a cylindrical jacket for heating the jacket, a rotor and a built-in condenser; and a scraper and an anti-splash device are precisely mounted on the holder of the rotor. The built-in condenser is located in the center of the evaporator and the rotor rotates between the cylindrical barrel and the condenser. The light molecules that escape from the heating surface are condensed into a liquid on a built-in condenser after a short route and almost without collision, and flow down the condenser tube, and are discharged through a discharge pipe located at the bottom of the evaporator; The heavy molecules are collected in a circular channel under the heating zone and then flow out through the side discharge tubes.
    The length and segmentation of the jacket are determined by parameters such as the way the energy is supplied, the internal condenser structure, and the specific dimensions of the scraper. When the energy source is a heat transfer oil, a baffle may be considered inside the jacket to enhance the evaporation heat transfer process of the heater. The cylinder and the upper and lower heads form a closed cavity, and the connection of the molecular distillation device must adopt a reliable sealing structure to meet the strict requirements of the extremely high vacuum required by the molecular distillation process. Even under the specific conditions, the magnetic fluid seal structure is considered. If the system has special requirements, the magnetic drive design can also be considered, and the dynamic seal at the shaft is converted into a static seal, which will better ensure the extremely high vacuum requirement. Set the raw material liquid degasser to remove the air or volatile non-condensable components adsorbed inside the equipment. It should be designed in various forms according to the specific requirements of the system: wall reflection type, laminate type, jet type, packing type, falling film. Or the like; there is also a scraper film evaporator as a raw material liquid degasser.
