The overall thermal decomposition of the product is reduced.
      Third, the time of heating is relatively short

After the material is lowered at the boiling point, the temperature difference with the heat medium is also increased, and the decrease of the thin film evaporator appears as the thickness of the liquid film in the turbulent state, and the thermal resistance is also effectively reduced. Moreover, during the whole process, the phenomenon of scale formation and walling may be reduced when the material is heated, and the main thing is accompanied by relatively good heat exchange.
      Fifth, the flexibility of operation is relatively large
It is precisely because the scraper film evaporator has a unique performance, which makes it more suitable for heat sensitivity, and requires smooth evaporation, or high-viscosity materials for processing, and can also increase the concentration of materials in the amount of processing. Ascending, the entire evaporation process is smooth, allowing it to be used in the distillation and evaporation of materials such as crystallization, fouling and polymerization.
