How to use the electric heating sleeve and precautions

      The electric heating sleeve uses the alkali-free glass fiber as the insulating material, and the Cr20Ni80 alloy spring device is placed therein, and the aluminum silicate cotton is insulated by the vacuum-shaped hemispherical heat insulator, the outer casing is injection-molded, and the upper cover is electrostatically sprayed. Due to the spherical heating, the heated area of the container can reach 60% or more. Temperature control adopts computer chip as the main control unit, adopts multiple digital filter circuit, fuzzy PID control algorithm, with high measurement precision, small flushing temperature, single-button touch operation, dual-screen display, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, controllable Silicon control output, 160-240V wide voltage power supply, and break-proof protection function, with the characteristics of fast temperature rise, high temperature, easy operation and durability, it is the most ideal instrument for precise temperature control heating test.
How to use the electric heating sleeve:
1. Insert ~220V power supply, turn on the power switch, the display window will display “K”, the setting window will display “400”, and the electric appliance will be equipped with K-type thermocouple. The maximum control temperature is 400°C. After 3 seconds, the display window will display. At room temperature, the setting window displays the last set temperature value.
2. One-button operation, press the setting “▲” or set the minus “▼” button, it will quickly set the required heating temperature such as: 100°C, green light indicates warming, green light indicates stop, The microcomputer will determine the heating amount according to the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensure that the temperature is not warmed up once, and maintain the balance between the set value and the display value ±1 °C temperature difference, so that the heating process can be easily completed.
3. There is a rubber plug on the lower left side of the electric heating sleeve, which is used to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rusting and conduction of the inner wire. When unplugged, the inner probe is disconnected and the machine stops working. If the external thermocouple is used, the plug should be unplugged, the external thermocouple plug is inserted into the socket and the nut is locked, and then the stainless steel probe is placed in the solution for temperature control heating.
4. The electric appliance is provided with a break protection function. When the thermocouple is poorly connected, “1” or “hhhh” is displayed on the display window. When the green light is off, the electric appliance stops heating and needs to be checked before use.
Note for electric heating sets:
1. The instrument should have good grounding.
2. When using for the first time, there are white smoke and odor in the sleeve. It is normal for the color to change from white to brown and then white. Because the glass fiber contains oil and other compounds in the production process, it should be placed in ventilation. It can be used normally after a few minutes have disappeared.
3. When the electric heating sleeve of 3000ml or more is used, there is a 吱-吱 sound which is different in the structure of the furnace wire and related to the thyristor voltage regulation pulse signal, which can be used with confidence.
4. When the liquid overflows into the sleeve, please turn off the power quickly, put the electric heating sleeve in a ventilated place, and use it after drying to avoid danger of electric leakage or electrical short circuit.
5. When not in use for a long time, please store the electric heating sleeve in a dry and non-corrosive gas.
6. Please do not empty the stove for heating or dry burning.
7. When the ambient humidity is relatively large, inductive electricity may be transmitted to the outer casing through the insulation layer. Please use the grounding wire and pay attention to ventilation.
