Dumas is now offering turnkey packages for stainless steel wiped film molecular distillation units, including the evaporator, vacuum pump, heaters, chillers and necessary feeding/receiving equipments. The stainless steel molecular distillation unit is superior than glass molecular distillation by Faster heating speed and greater throughput.This system is capability of continuous and unattended operation. The units are available in various sizes (the effective evaporation area from 0.06m2to1.0m2 ), with processing speed starting from 2L/hour.

1. Full-range jacket insulation, suitable for high melting point and high viscosity materials
2. Feeding and discharging speed can be accurately controlled by high precision gear pump.
3. The heater has high power, fast heating speed and can be heated to 300℃；
4. Increasing the condensation area of the built-in condenser facilitates complete condensation and separation of light components.
5. Cold trap is tubular, which enlarges the condensation area and further protects the vacuum.
6. The equipment belongs to the continuous production type and does not need to be supervised at all times.
