What will affect the work of molecular distillation equipment？

   Molecular distillation equipment is required for the working environment. For example, the raw material solution in the distillation equipment will have some different thermal conditions. Due to the influence of different feed thermal conditions, the amount of steam rising from the feed plate and the amount of liquid that has fallen are changed, that is, the amount of steam that has risen to the rectifying section and the amount of liquid that has dropped to the stripping section have changed. The distillation apparatus qualitatively represents the molar flow relationship between the steam rising from the feed plate and the liquid falling from this plate under different feed heat conditions.
    In the actual production work, the raw material solution added to the distillation equipment will have some different thermal conditions:
（1）Superheated steam with a temperature above the dew point；
（2）Cold liquid with a temperature lower than the bubble point；
（3）Bubble point saturated liquid；
（4）A gas-liquid mixture with a temperature between the bubble point and the dew point;
（5）A cold liquid with a temperature lower than the bubble point.
    The lower the molecular distillation temperature is, the lower its molecular distillation is to operate effectively at temperatures well below the boiling point. Only the presence of a temperature difference can effectively achieve its purpose of separation. This is the most essential difference between conventional distillation and molecular distillation.
    The degree of vacuum of molecular distillation is relatively high, and its internal high vacuum can be obtained. Under normal circumstances, molecular distillation operates at a very low pressure, so the material is not easily damaged by oxidation, the material heating time is short, and the distillation temperature is molecular distillation equipment.
