How to control the pressure of the filter reactor?

      When the filter reactor is pressurized, the valve of the gas source is first opened, the gas to be added is passed to the inlet, and then the inlet is pressurized. Reverse operation after pressurization, first close the air inlet valve, then close the air supply valve. At present, the autoclave has three pressure control methods:
1. Front pressure control: The gas source is connected to the pressure reducing valve, and the pressure of the gas at the output end is controlled by adjusting the pressure reducing valve.
2. Medium pressure control: There is a pressure gauge on the reaction kettle. First, the gas above the target pressure is introduced, and the pressure is controlled to the set pressure through the exhaust port valve.
3. Back pressure control: The exhaust port is connected to the back pressure valve. By adjusting the back pressure valve, the pressure in the kettle is controlled (the gas source pressure is greater than the target pressure).
Filter reactor technical features:
1. The device is mainly used for solid phase synthesis operation, and is suitable for various organic synthesis reactions such as polypeptides.

6. The kettle body is sintered by double-layer glass, and the coolant and the heating liquid can be passed between the interlayers.
7. The mezzanine inlet port adopts the unique gas line jet type to make the temperature rise and fall faster and more uniform.
8. The special design of the bottom filter screen makes the equipment can withstand up to 100Kg of reaction liquid pressure and avoid dead bodies at the bottom of the tank.
