1. The device is composed of stainless steel Buchner funnel 50L, lengthened stainless steel straight tube, 50L collecting bottle, tetrafluoron discharge valve, DN80 flange seal, DN25 seal and stainless steel movable derrick.

The middle of Buchner funnel, stainless steel straight cylinder and 50L collecting bottle is sealed with Teflon washer.

2. After the material is poured into the funnel, it will enter the collection bottle through the hole of the Buchner funnel (plus filter cloth). If the filtering speed is too slow, the vacuum pump can be connected to speed up the filtering speed by vacuuming. In addition, if the solid particles of the material are too small, the filtering speed can be increased by changing the filter cloth.
