    Molecular distillation units are equipment that is used today in many production processes because they are capable of producing efficient activities in production activities.     If the molecular distillation equipment has more than two inlets, it will basically be placed at different heights of the device. In the production, the appropriate feed port should be selected according to the specific conditions, and adjustments should be made if necessary. The basic principle is that for equipment that feeds at or near the bubble point, the choice of feed port is determined by the composition of the feed being consistent with the composition of the feed plate.
    In general, when the volatile component of the separated mixture is increased, a higher-position feed port is selected. As the feed state changes in the molecular distillation unit, the feed port should be adjusted accordingly. When the feed temperature is lowered, the feed port with a higher position is used; otherwise, the feed port with a lower position is used.
    When the molecular distillation equipment uses different kinds of fillers, the separation effect is different. According to the filling method, it can be divided into bulk packing and structured packing. Compared with the same size, the Pall ring is used in the molecular distillation unit. The liquid flux is higher and the separation effect is better.
    Then it is modified into a stepped Pall ring, and one end of the cylindrical portion is formed into a bell mouth shape, so that the dots are in contact with each other, the bed layer is uniform and the void ratio is large, and the productivity is further improved, and the molecular distillation device is further improved. The meaning will also be greater.
